Why we give.
God is generous and so he calls us to be as well. What we do with what God has given us shows the world where our hearts are and helps proclaim the gospel. We want to glorify God in every area of our lives, and that includes what we do with our finances. However you choose to give, we appreciate your generosity.
Ways To Give
Give Online
Use the options on the page to give to different funds as you feel led. You have the option to tithe with your bank card or with a draft on your bank account. You can also choose to set up recurring gifts. Any of these options will charge a certain percentage for the transaction. To give without a fee, refer to the Give In Person option. We will issue a year-end tax statement for your online gifts and these will be provided for you in late January.
Give In Person
During our Sunday morning services, our ushers will pass around an offering plate to collect an offering. There are offering envelopes located on the back of the pews and in a variety of locations around the church. One location where you can find envelopes includes our locked offering boxes spread throughout the church building. The offering box gives you the option of contactless giving without the added cost. Although envelopes are not required for your gift, they help ensure the gift goes to the correct fund and that you get credit for the year-end tax statements that are issued late January.
Mail A Check
This is a great option for members who are unable to physically be in the service with us and who do not prefer to give online. Make checks payable to FBC Hayden or Hayden First Baptist Church or First Baptist Church of Hayden and mail to PO Box 280, Hayden, AL 35079. These gifts will be added to the year-end tax statement and will be mailed to you late January.
